A young betazoid man that learned from a young age to use his natural telepathic ability to his advantage in a conflict and idealizing great Starfleet heroes from the past like James Tiberius Kirk and William Thomas Riker decided to be one of the best officers to ever get a commission from Starfleet
Appearance
6’3″ muscular gentleman with dark brown almost black hair long but neatly pulled in to a ponytail, medium tan skin, and ocean blue eyes.
Uniform is always crisp and neat, and walks with an aura of authority with no sense of arrogants
Personality
Friendly and professional, always respectful whether speaking to an Admiral or a civilian. Never taking for granted his position and never allowing others to use their position and power to bully those under them.
History
Born on Earth to his betazed parents, Rubious was raised a Starfleet brat as the son of a starship captain and a chief of medical his mother was the captain of the Olympic class vessel the USS Archangel and his father was the chief medical officer. He spent many years studying Starfleet history but unlike most betazoids he had a fiery temper especially if he saw injustice which earned his the nickname Red. To help learn discipline he was set up in the holodeck by his mother and taught multiple martial disciplines not only from Earth but across the Federation. By the time he was old enough to apply to the academy he decided that he would be the greatest officer to come out of Starfleet but he also knew he needed to temper that ambition so he decided security was his path to command
