Summary
USS Blythes second officer. First cetacean to ever command a starship in starfleet. He is a one of the longest serving cetacean ops officer in the 4th Fleet. His voice comes through the universal translator sounding an awful lost like the ancient Earth actor known as Christopher Walken.
Appearance
All white, just over 6 feet long. Typical Beluga body shape.
Personality
Brash, outspoken, excitable, jaded and foul mouthed. But he’s one hell of an officer.
