Nethak tr'Sevrin

Colonel Nethak tr’Sevrin is the Commanding Officer of the RRW Decius. A member of the old guard, the colonel remains a skeptic of the growing alliance between the Romulan Republic and the United Federation of Planets, and so, when the RRW Decius was assigned for secondment to the Fourth Fleet, he used his influence to usurp command from Sub-Commander Satrin t’Kara. While an aging Malem-class would not typically be a prime posting for someone of Nethak’s stature, he sees it as the perfect low-profile platform through which to observe Starfleet firsthand.
