The station is completing its final certification.  As the various departments move to full staffing, the colonists from the Bunden system continue to work through their recovery from the loss of 750 of their friends and family.  Meanwhile, Hasara has begun the search for the Cardassian plot to kill him.  The recovery from the Vaadwaur attack for the station continues as Fleet Captain Geronimo Fontana orders reduced schedules for some rotating shore leave time.  And yet…the Tholians remain silent, and Tougun remains missing.  Many mysteries and questions continue out in the rimward.
