The Vaadwaur invasion, and with it the Second Battle of Narendra, is over. But many did not come out the other side, and those that did must pick up the pieces and find it in them to move forward. New arrivals come to fill holes and hope such wounds are ready to be healed. And the weight of a rookie captain’s first command finally, truly sinks in.

Said new command is no longer that beloved utility cruiser they’d called home for so long- she’s a small and beaten-down, but modern, frigate left to languish in a repair yard due to constantly shifting priorities. The crew must finish putting USS Omaha back together… and put themselves back together in the process.
