Life aboard Starbase 11 is steady, but utterly unremarkable. A new Commanding Officer takes the reigns and wades through a quiet battlefield of tradition and politics as she comes to grips with how her new station interacts with the colony below. Families, both new and old, find their rhythm as they live out their lives in this transient hub they call home. Veterans settle down, young officers chase their futures, and the promenade plays host to everyone in between as the station hangs in orbit of M-11.

As days pass and shifts blur, the unremarkable slowly changes. The steady pulse of station life begins to shudder just a little as traditions are challenged and perceptions are subverted, though never in an obvious manner.
