Rebecca Talon.  Former captain of the USS Denver, and former commanding officer to Peter Crawford.  He remained in Starfleet, while she embraced her retirement into ranching and merchant work.  What she wants is clear – a piece of the action.  What isn’t clear is where that action will take her.  Crawford and the USS Franklin D. Roosevelt are tasked with assisting in diplomatic operations with Talon’s merchant work as colonies have heard of her talent for finding good stock and supplying quality ranching animals and agricultural growth projects.
